Experimental Rocket goes in ballistic after both primary and backup ejection systems fail. It was later discovered that under high G loading, the 3V batteries were moving aft sometimes....causing the positive end of the batteries to break contact. The problem was corrected using electrical tape to firmly hold the batteries in the holders. Also, an altimeter based ejection device is now used as 'primary', leaving the other two 'timer' devices as backups. This was it's 2nd and final flight.....
