Based on this review it seems that the DG&A Defender kit comes with top quality parts in good packaging but is not for the beginner. While the assembly was not difficult the poor instructions mean that this kit should only be built by rocketeers with prior experience with high power rockets. The reviewer goes into a lot of detail about his assembly and first flight.
