On march 23, 2008, a few of us went just outside of Phoenix, Arizona to shoot off a 4-5 foot rocket that was bought about 10 years ago. Rocket Engines are hard to find for this type and we had to go to the desert just to shoot it off. We were not sure if it would work with the engine we found or just not work or blowup on the pad or take off and then blow up. What happen was a surprise to us all and the 1st of 2 launchs. It took me almost 2 weeks to just build it and everytime we tried to shoot it off...we ran out of time.
