Flight Log - 2019-01-27 - David Wallace's CheezelRocket

This beast is 15 cheezels long with cheezel tube fins (mostly drag) with the bottom 4 cheezels bored to take a C6-3 motor.  Only Cheezels and thick cyano with kicker used to construct the entire rocket!  Recovery was expected to be cheezel shower!

Flight Date: 2019-01-27
Rocket Name: CheezelRocket
Flyer's Name: David Wallace
Motors: C6-3
Expected Altitude: 200 Feet
Wind Speed: 15.00 mph
Launch Site: Dandenong Wetlands
Actual Altitude: 180 Feet

Flew fast and straight off the rod to a good height then became unstable in the wind.  A couple of small loops and the ejection charge nicely cooked the main tube cheezels but did not blow it apart.  Broke into a few pieces on the ground.  Hilarious and biodegradeable (yes I did pick up the pieces).  Will do this again!  Next time as it proved quite strong I may include a chute or streamers.  Mmmmmmm, tasty.
