Paintwork on a flashy, exotic rocket like the EPM-010 should be equally flashy.  I used Duplicolor Metalcast paint, which applies a metallic silver base coat, that's overlaid with a translucent color tint coat.  The key with this is laying the tint coat evenly everywhere; the more it builds up, the darker the color, so variations are visible if it isn't even.  Its hard to tell in the picture, but the result is a deep, rich paint with metallic shimmer that looks like its buried deep in the paint.  The shade of green woeks well with the white decals (fins are painted white).  There are a couple of flaws in the paint job, but they're fairly minor and I placed the decals to hide them where possible...
