Two Carbon Fiber rockets are successfully flown and recovered on experimental solid fueled rocket motors. One is 1.5 inches in diameter and the other is 2.25 inches in diameter, both exceed the speed of sound. The 2.25 inch rocket is recovered with melted paint from the "evil speed" Black Rock Desert, Nevada
