SKAR is an aeronautics and rocketry club based out of Rosamond CA near Edwards AFB and NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center. The club has a monthly launch, a monthly build session, and occasional rocketry classes for the community. Currently the clubs launch site has an ongoing waiver up to 15,500 ft AGL, and level 1 and 2 certified members.
