Lost my AMRAAM by Public Missiles

 

It's about 5 feet tall. 

 

Flew once early on Saturday on an I161 to an altitude of 2236, good chute recovery landed a couple hundred yards from the launch pad.  

 

I got caught in the moment of the ULA/Ball massive launches. And loaded a J350 in for a second flight... Projected flight to around a mile.

 

Shortly before the count down to launch, the winds shifted - before I could postpone my flight, the countdown ensued 

 

She probably hit her mark. Then drifted along the wind current somewhere deep int the canyons to the north-west of the field.  I look, high, low, deep, far.  I was unsuccessful, and judging by the folks in the canyon, I doubt I was alone. 

 

Hope others found their rockets!  I'll offer a reward if someone find and returns mine!
