Rick Barnes's PageLocation: Rochester, NY Biography: Built / flew a lot of low-power rockets through high school, but hadn't since (although I'd been collecting kits for years). Recently had a niece and a couple nephews get interested in rocketry, and it drew me back in. So I've started building the backlog of kits and found local clubs to fly with. I'm a member of Tripoli, but fly with both their local prefecture and the local NAR club. Both clubs have large farmed fields to operate from and makes for fairly soft landings.
