Quest's Gamma-ray Payloader Top

This appears to not be transparent because of the pink anti-static foam in the payload used to protect the altimeter.  You can't see the static vent ports in this photo, but they are there. The hollow plastic nosecone has a lot of noseweight added. It reduces the peak altitude somewhat, but ensures the model flies laser-straight up.
