You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the launch card.

To download a copy of the launch card with some of the fields already filled in, please enter the information you would like to include below then click the button. You don't have to fill in every field. For example, if you wish you can just enter your name and fill out the rest on launch day.

If you run a rocketry web site for yourself or a club, you can include a form like the above on your site to allow your visitors to create launch cards. Just include the following HTML in the source for your web page where you wish the form to appear:
