Loki I405 staging to an Aerotech H210. First stage motor failure caused the motor to burn out both ends, separating the stages while under thrust. Upper stage fell down to the ground, at which point the onboard mercury switch fired the H210, and the sustainer caught up in the low power pads before the motor section separated and crashed into the nearby ditch.
