Opened up a pack of E9-6s that I had bought from a vendor at NARAM-61. Rocket got about 30-40 feet up before the motor CATO'd blowing the nozzle out the back and the flaming fuel grain out the front. Nose cone, along with the parachute and shock cord mount tore free from the rocket. Motor case wedged tight in the motor mount, could not be removed without damaging the body tube. Loss
