Flight Log - 2017-11-25 - Matthew Bond's Estes Dark Energy
An "exotic" class design, utilizing a long, highly detailed nosecone, and "T" cross section fins which are also canted with respect to the airflow. Originally produced with an 18mm motor mount, I built mine with a 24mm, given the size, weight and additional drag from the fin design.

Last of the 24mm rockets in the car, and another perfect flight. Great boost, smooth and straight, just arcing over at the top of the climb. Good chute, short walk, landed on the field, no damage.
