First flight.  used 0.6g of powder for both charges with backup motor ejection.  Apogee popped drogue chute but nose didn't pop for main.  Came down on drogue with no damage, approx 100m from pad.  Nose likely didn't pop because of uncovered fastener hole in nose bulkhead which let gas escape through nosecone and shoulder.  Nosecone/shoulder shifted slightly, fixed by heating up with heat gun and shifting back into place.  Not sure if damage occurred before or after flight.  Need another ground test.
