J-B Weld's Steel Reinforced Epoxy is useful for applications in areas that may be subjected to high heat, such as securing a metal motor retainer to the motor tube.  The joint that is formed with J-B Weld is not as strong as when using pure epoxy, so it's not recommended for general use when building rockets.
