A second straight flight that seriously overflew the field. The TT is supposed to spin as it leaves the pad and seemed to work the last time before going completely unstable. Highly scientific calculations resulted in a precise amount of nose weight to be added to the cone, or not. Actually I found a cone that I'd once used as a marker cone for a Mach 10 and tried it in this bird. There was no trace of instability this time as the flight followed the same flight path as OtG. At ejection the crepe paper streamer appeared to be wadded as it recovered, but when it landed I realized that only a stub of the crepe was left on the shock cord. Skies were scanned for any sign of the floating crepe streamer, but no trace of it was ever noted.
