With the rerelease of the Estes Nike Smoke Pro Series II kit, several people on social media complained about the unavailability of a compatible nosecone. Since this nosecone is distinct, it, the unique 4 fins, are what distinguishes the the rocket design.

I started by upscaling the nosecone from my Extreme Series Nike Smoke - a 3D printed builder's kit, but because it is so large (over 500mm), I designed one in Fusion360 and split it into three parts for ease of printing. There was a lot of excitement about this nosecone, so I went on to design the entire rocket for both 38mm and 54mm MMT.

Unfortunately, The nosecone design file was lost. I can still have the STL, but discovered that the walls are too thick and need to be reduced. I must redesign the nosecone, but that shouldn't be a problem.

I built mine with the 54mm MMT option.

The nosecone, when printed with 100% infill is over 500g. When printed with 3 walls and 20% infill is 290g
