The two rocket designs that I just love are the Goblin and Red Max. I have built several Red Max versions but I wanted one in a big boy format. Since the only kits available are astronomically expensive on Ebay, I decided to scratch-build this one. Here's a list of the parts and where I got them:
- Nose Cone - Estes
- Body Tube - Estes
- Fin/CR kit (38mm MMT version)- Rocketry Works
- Shock Cord - 1/2" Nylon webbing from Amazon
- Eye Hook 3/8" - Lowes
- Motor Retainer and Cap - 3D Printed
